Chris has been with BodyVision since the beginning, and he understands the workouts as well as how to adequately recover from them. He has a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and understands the science behind the workouts. Chris tailors his sessions to the client’s individual recovery needs, and creates a plan to keep his clients moving like they should and performing at their best.
Valerie is a second-year physical therapy student pursuing her doctorate at Midwestern University here in Glendale, AZ. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology with a minor in Chemistry. Valerie was a collegiate cheerleader and spent four years working for Universal Cheerleader’s Association as a head instructor and social media consultant. Prior to medical school, Valerie worked at Spooner Physical Therapy as a technician, learning the basics of the field. A consistent workout and stretch program are what have allowed Valerie to stay as active as possible through many years of intense practices, competition seasons and now through the challenging and diverse workouts here at BVF Arrowhead!
